The University of Melbourne J S Anderson Prize 2025 is open to students pursuing Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Chemistry. The deadline for sending your application is March 31, 2025. This scholarship is sponsored by the University of Melbourne and has a value of Partial Funding, up to AUD $1,700 towards tuition. The scholarship is offered to all nationals.

This fellowship is given to an enrolled Bachelor of Science (Honors) or Master of Science (Chemistry) student who has completed a third-year undergraduate School of Chemistry research subject while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Melbourne.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for the award, you must:

• Enroll in the Bachelor of Science (Degree with Honors) in Chemistry or Master of Science (Chemistry) (or its successors).
• Completed the Chemical Research Project as part of the Bachelor of Science (or its successor) program at the University of Melbourne.

Application Process

No application is necessary. Students will be automatically eligible for this scholarship upon admission at the university.

This award offers a one-time payment of about $1700 (depending on the annual income from the gift).
