• You must be a female applicant.
• You should have a solid academic record.
• A strong passion and commitment to your field of study is important.
• Show your passion for higher education and research.
• Make sure to submit your application by June 1, 2025, to admissions@khazar.org. If you're a local applicant from Azerbaijan, the deadline is September 25, 2025. Just remember to write “Nailekhanim Foundation Scholarship Application” in the subject line of your email.

Scholarship Benefits

Chosen students will get:

• Full tuition paid
• Free housing on campus
• Monthly allowance for a year
• Round-trip economy airfare to Azerbaijan

Selection Criteria 

• Write a powerful motivational essay about a time when you saw or showed female leadership and how it led to a positive change.
• You should be good at English so you can do academic research well.
• You need to have proof of strong academic performance, like a GPA of at least 3.7, which usually means an A- or around 90-92, based on your prior university's grading system.
