  • For a Master’s, you should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA
  • For a PhD, you need a Master’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA
• Show that you can speak Kazakh, Russian, or English, depending on the program
• Be within the age limits (usually under 25 for Bachelor’s, under 35 for Master’s, and under 40 for PhD)
