Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the DAAD EPOS scholarship at Freie Universität Berlin, you need to:

• Come from a developing or newly industrialized country.
• Have a Bachelor's degree that took at least four years in a relevant subject.
• Show a genuine interest in development and a desire to make a difference in your community.

Scholarship Benefits

Selected candidates will receive:

• Monthly Stipend:
  • €992 (Master’s)
  • €1,300 (PhD)
• Full Tuition Fees
• Travel Allowance
• Health, Accident & Liability Insurance
• Accommodation and Family Support (where applicable)

Duration:

• Master’s: 12–24 months
• PhD: Up to 42 months
