Selection Process

• First-Year Students: Selected based on income; scholarship becomes final after merit is proven by 10 August 2026.
• Returning Students: Evaluated based on academic performance (credits & grades).

Scholarship rankings are published twice:

• Provisional list: End of October 2025
• Final list: End of November 2025
