English Proficiency Requirement: English language is the main and basic requirements for Pakistani students to get admission in any foreign university. For Norwegian universities, you must have one of the following proficiency scores
TOEFL: 60 for iBT and 500 for PBT
IELTS: 5 bands

Students who enrolled in Norwegian universities either in English or Norwegian taught program have to submit Norwegian test scores. Applicant applying in English language course program can appear in partial test and those who are applying in Norwegian taught programs have to submit Norwegian higher level test scores. Bergenstesten level B2 is required to get admission in Norwegian taught programs.

For international students who want to enroll in an English taught degree program can find and apply for a study program through the Norwegian official website. Here is a step by step process to follow for successful application
Find the university and course, you are interested for
Create an account on the website
Upload all the required documents
Submit one application for one study program
Wait for the university’s response (check your email daily for updates)
After getting acceptance letter from the university, you will sign a study contract by saying yes into the reply of offer
Go for the visa process and prepare for your trip to Norway
At initial stage when applying to the university, you may need only educational transcripts to be submitted. After getting offer/ acceptance letter and signing it, you have to submit the following documents to secure admission in Norwegian university.
Bachelor’s and master’s degree attested form HEC and MOFA (if applying for PhD program)
Bachelor’s degree, transcripts and copies attested from HEC and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if applying for Master’s program)
Matric/O level and Intermediate/A level degree, transcripts and copies attested from the relevant board, IBCC and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (when applying for undergraduate degree)
English translated birth certificate attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Family registration certificate from Nadra.
Computerized National Identity Card.
Valid passport.
Recent passport size pictures.
Experience letter (if any)
IELTS (5.5 or 6.0 overall band depending on the institution requirements).
At least two Reference/Recommendation letter from your teacher or employer.
Statement of purpose.
You need to show bank statement (NOK 137 907) proving that you have this much balance in your account or your sponsor’s account for one year to stay in Norway
