• Be a non-Chinese citizen and in good health
• Meet these age and education requirements:
  • For a Bachelor’s degree: You should be a high school graduate and under 30
  • For a Master’s degree: You need a Bachelor’s degree and be under 35
  • For a PhD, you usually need a Master's degree and should be under 40.
• Show good grades and meet the admission standards of JSNU
• You won’t get any other scholarships from the Chinese government.
