The Qingdao University President Scholarship provides the recipient with the following benefits:

• The scholarship covers the whole tuition, on-campus housing fee, living allowance, and comprehensive medical insurance costs.
• Tuition fees are part of the university's overall planning and utilization to provide education and management for scholarship students.
• Accommodation fees are part of the university's overall plan and utilization to offer students with on-campus flats (typically double rooms).
• The host institutions provide a monthly living allowance.
• Doctorate students receive a monthly payment of 3,500 CNY per individual. For Master students, the monthly grant is 3,000 CNY per person.
• The university purchases comprehensive medical insurance in accordance with relevant laws for studying in China imposed by the Ministry of Education of China.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Qingdao University President Scholarship, candidates must meet all of the standards listed below:

• Required languages include English and Chinese.
• Countries from all over the world are eligible.
• Applicant with non-Chinese citizenship, aged 18 to 40, in good health.
• Applicants must be students planning to enroll in a Doctoral or Master's program beginning in September 2025.
